Wee-Waves programming teaches basic knowledge and comprehension of the components of nature and encourages students to have respectful relationships with it through three types of activities:

Our Wee-Waves summer camps create awareness and spark curiosity of the natural world. The program pairs a nature-focused curriculum with guided outdoor mini-activities to various Metro-Vancouver outdoor locations.
Through these guided activities, students will learn how to responsibly and respectfully interact with, observe and explore nature’s components.
Summer Camp Rundown:

Each morning students will be introduced to topics on plants, animals, abiotic factors, ecosystems and sustainability.

Interactive outdoor mini activities are paired with each lesson that encourage observation and exploration of nature.

Creative mini-projects bring flexibility to the student's interests and curiosities about the natural world.

Each afternoon, outdoor field trips around Metro Vancouver let students experience first-hand the beauty and amazement nature brings.

Student focus is on sparking curiosity and practicing responsible and respectful ways to connect and interact with nature.

Each camp session runs Monday to Friday from 10am - 3pm
